FOR OUR BUYERS
Our first goal is to get acquainted with you – to discuss your ideas and establish your interests. From there, Suzanne will research all available properties that match your criteria. With your permission, we will send you an automated e-mail each day to keep you abreast of current and active properties that suit your criteria. In the meantime, we encourage you to drive by homes of interest to get a good feel for the neighborhood and locale. Then, as the search narrows, we will schedule appointments to survey the potential prospects. You and Suzanne, the legs of the team, will preview properties together, as often as necessary. Once your dream home has been found, Dan will work with you to prepare “an offer to purchase” contract.
Unstoppable in his wheelchair, Dan is the backbone of the team. As a masterful and creative negotiator, Dan will advocate on your behalf, always in pursuit of your best interest. Keeping you well informed, he will refer you to the appropriate mortgage specialist, schedule appraisals, inspections, and walk-throughs, guiding the transaction to closing with ease and confidence, so you can relax.
FOR OUR SELLERS
We’ll begin the process by visiting your home during a pre-listing appointment to discuss your needs and your vision for the future. We’ll make recommendations on things you can do around the house to make it more marketable. After that, we’ll return to measure rooms and enter into a “listing agreement” between you and us, as agents for our broker, Long and Foster. We’ll discuss marketing strategies, and make plans for showing your home to prospective buyers. Arrangements will be made to take pictures and create a virtual tour. Once that step is completed, your home’s listing will be submitted to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service,) a vast database accessed by real estate professionals. The listing is also linked to various websites available to the public. Once an “offer to purchase” comes in from the buyer, Dan will coordinate and negotiate the details of the contract as your representative.
While we’ve built our business by referrals alone, we are happy to provide additional references upon request. Though capitalizing on the latest technology to provide the best customer service, the essence of our partnership with you
